Now I know We watched this video in class
and after coming home and digesting it more and more
I truly am inspired to lead a different way and ask Why before I act.
Which will make me a better teacher the more I BELIEVE what I do and the
students will believe what I do and want to learn from me.

hmmm Lou...very true. This holds true when selling ANY idea. If YOU believe what you are trying to sell, those around you will be more inclined to accept your point of view too.
